Unique. Cozy. Worth the cost. Location is super. Lots of steep stairs. Clean. Generous. Quiet. Private. Big breakfast included. If you smoke; ask to book the terrasse-room.

Our host Kees could not have been more helpful. He offered us a choice of rooms when we arrived. The room we chose was large and the beds extremely comfortable. The 24-hour buffet was a really nice touch. Brilliant location, extremely quiet. Spotlessly clean.

Lovely quiet place but close enough to walk to the centre. The host is a lovely man who went out of his way to help us after our flight was delayed. Lovely breakfast and great view overlooking the canal. The double bed was one very comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, lovely quiet street near the center and not far from the main museums. Nice big room with a canal view. Lovely facilities. Proprietor was an excellent host.

I liked everything! It isvery good family hotel located in the center of the city. The room was very cozy, big and bright. I also really enjoyed breakfasts and the food in general, because it was possible to eat during the day which was very convenient if you go here and there to see sightseeings. Holland cheese is perfect! Eggs prepared perfectly! Kees, the owner, is very friendly and communicative. The agmosphere is great! Thank uou very much!

The more classic and more boutique nature of this hotel met all my needs 100%+ The location was perfect with easy access to tram and metro. Small convenience grocery around the corner for essentials. Restaurants in the vicinity were wonderful. My meal at Chez Fabrice was tremendous.

Such a lovely and cozy hotel. Location is amazing, very close to the central station and the owner is super friendly. Room is quite nicely decorated and so pretty. Totally recommended.

Very friendly host. Location and size. The room had view of canal and food and snacks laid on daily which was nice. Very close to the Hermitage museum and 15-20 minute walk to centre of Amsterdam.

The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the center, but far enough away so as to be peaceful. My room was large, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast/ food was self service, but available 24hours a day.

I arrived late but the host was welcoming when I arrived and throughout my stay. I wasn't expecting any kind of breakfast so I was pleasantly surprised with the selection available. The location was also unbeatable, within walking distance of the city without all the hustle and bustle.
